Product return conditions:
- If the recipient receives the product without visual inspection and at the time of delivery does not claim damage to the products, then it is considered that the recipient received the products flawlessly, under agreed terms.
- After the recipient signs the commercial invoice, the risk of accidental destruction or damage to the item and / or its packaging is transferred to the customer and claims on the product are no longer accepted.
- Upon delivery of the Product by the Recipient, ge shall not be liable for any damage that may be caused or related to the natural and qualitative wear of the Product, discoloration, or damage caused by improper handling by the Customer.
- If the consignee, in the presence of a representative of the carrier company, when opening the sealed product, finds that the product is damaged, refuses to deliver the product and indicates the reason for non-acceptance in the commercial invoice box, which is confirmed by a signature.
- In case of non-acceptance due to product defect and / or external damage, ge will check the returned products and within a reasonable time, will notify the customer about the relevant decision materially or by e-mail. A product may be considered defective if it does not conform to the products listed in the order or the technical specifications posted on the website, it has a factory defect and / or the product is damaged during delivery. If:
- “Tvifri” Ltd will confirm the defect of the returned products and / or external damage, in case there is a product of the same name in stock, ensure its delivery to the customer. In such a case, the customer will not incur any costs related to re-delivery and insurance.
- B) “Tvifri” Ltd will confirm the defect of the returned products and / or external damage, however, the stock of products of the same name will be run down, the order price, including costs related to delivery and insurance, will be fully returned to the customer.
No other obligation or responsibility, including direct or indirect damages resulting from the supply of defective and / or external defective products, including unrestricted income and damage to reputation, shall not be impose on “Tvifri” Ltd;
C) “Tvifri” Ltd will not confirm the defect of the returned products and / or external damage, the recipient will have the opportunity to pick up the same product from the head office of “Tvifri” Ltd within 3 (three) working days after receiving the decision information. If the recipient leaves behind the product from the head office of “Tvifri” Ltd within this period, the order will be canceled, and all costs incurred as a result, including shipping, bank service fee will be charged to the customer and will be reimbursed from the amount paid by him.
